Here's an example of how to use an animation software workspace:

### First, the menu bar
1. **File**
    - New Project: Create a brand new animation project and choose from a different preset template or a blank project to start working on.
    - Open Project: Browse for a local file, select an existing animation project file, and open it for editing.
    - Save: Saves the animation project you are currently editing to the specified local path. It is recommended to use this feature regularly to prevent data loss.
    - Save As: You can save the project to a different location with a new file name or format.
    - **Export**: Export the finished animation to a variety of common video formats (such as MP4, AVI, etc.), image sequences (such as PNG sequences), or specific animation file formats for easy sharing and use.
2. **Edit**
    - Undo/Redo: Undo the previous operation or re-execute the undone operation to correct errors in the authoring process.
    - Copy/Paste/Cut: Use to copy, paste, or cut animation elements (such as layers, keyframes, etc.) to improve production efficiency.
    - Select All: Select all editable elements in the current workspace for unified operation.
3. **View**
    - Zoom: You can zoom in or out of the workspace view, making it easy to fine-tune animation details or see the overall layout.
    - Pan: Moves the view of the workspace to make it easy to see the animation content in different areas.
    - **Display mode**: Provide a variety of display modes, such as normal display, outline display, onion skin display, etc. The onion display allows you to view the content of multiple adjacent frames at the same time, helping to create coherent animations from frame to frame.
4. **Animation**
    - Add Keyframes: Add keyframes on the Timeline for selected animation properties such as position, rotation, scale, transparency, and more, using keyframes to define changes in the animation.
    - Delete Keyframes: Removes keyframes that you don't need.
    - **Animation Presets**: The software comes with some preset animation effects, which can be directly applied to selected elements to speed up animation production.
    - Timeline Settings: Adjust the relevant parameters of the timeline, such as frame rate, playback speed, etc. The frame rate determines the smoothness of the animation, the general frame rate for film and television animation is 24fps, and the game animation may be 30fps or 60fps.

### Second, the toolbar
1. Selection Tool: Used to select animated elements (such as layers, graphics, text, etc.) in the workspace. You can select it by clicking, marqueeping, etc., and after selecting it, you can move, scale, rotate, and other operations.
2. **Drawing Tools**
    - Brush Tool: Draw free-form lines and shapes in the workspace, just like in traditional painting. You can adjust the brush size, hardness, color, and other parameters.
    - Shape Tools: Draw a variety of basic geometric shapes (such as rectangles, circles, triangles, etc.) that can be used as animated elements and can be edited (e.g., by modifying rounded corners, adjusting nodes, etc.).
    - Eraser Tool: Erase unwanted drawings. You can set the size, shape, and erasing mode of the eraser.
3. **Transform Tools**
    - Move Tool: Moves the selected animation element precisely. You can use the arrow keys on your keyboard to fine-tune it.
    - Zoom Tool: Scales the selected element. You can hold down the Shift key to keep the proportions of the element unchanged and prevent deformation.
    - Rotation tool: Rotates the animation element around a specified center point, allowing you to set the rotation angle freely.
4. **Fill & Stroke Tools**
    - Fill Tool: Fills a closed shape or selected area with a color or pattern. You can choose between solid colors, gradient fills, and more.
    - Stroke tool: Add a border line to a graphic or path, and set properties such as the color, weight, and style of the stroke.

### 3. Timeline
1. **Layer Management**
    - New Layer: Add a new layer to organize the animation elements. Different types of elements can be placed on different layers for easy management and editing. For example, you can place background elements on the bottom layer and character elements on top.
    - Layer Order Adjustment: Change the order of layers by dragging them up and down to determine the level of display of elements in the picture.
    - **Hide/Show Layers**: Temporarily hide or redisplay a specified layer so you can focus on animating a specific part or seeing the overall effect.
    - Lock Layers: Prevent accidental manipulation of layers that have been completed or don't need to be modified.
2. **Timeline Track**
    - Frame Display: Each layer has a corresponding sequence of frames on the timeline. The frames are arranged in the form of small squares, representing different moments of the animation. You can navigate through different sections of the timeline through the scroll bar.
    - Keyframe Operations: Add, remove, and move keyframes on the Timeline to control changes in the animation. Transitions between keyframes are automatically animated.
    - **Time Marker**: Marker points can be set on the timeline to quickly locate a specific point in time, and are often used to mark important animation events or parts that need to be adjusted repeatedly.

### 4. Workspace (Canvas)
1. Animation Element Creation and Editing: This is the main area of animation. You can create new animated elements directly on the canvas (using drawing tools, adding text, etc.), or you can edit existing elements (via the Selection and Transform tools).
2. **Scene Layout**: According to the animation script or creativity, arrange different elements on the canvas, and set their initial position, size, color and other attributes as the starting state of the animation.
3. **Live Preview**: During the production process, you can preview the animation effect on the canvas in real time via the play button. You can pause, stop, and play animations frame by frame to check the smoothness and accuracy of the animation, identify problems in time, and make adjustments.
