You might want to try pen pressure settings as well.

クセのあるふちどりと、内側にテクスチャの出る、ちょっと水彩風なブラシです。
軽めの筆圧でも3段階の大きな変化があり、加減が難しいです。
筆圧検知レベルの調節もしてみるといいかもしれません。
