This is the tone of the broadcast dialogue frame suitable for the scene of TV broadcasting and in-house broadcasting.
It is a tone material that contains multiple sizes of broadcast dialogue frames in one image.
I'm creating it with a monochrome layer of 600 dpi.
How to use
1 Slightly larger than the dialogue frame size create selection
Drop this tone material on 2 selection
3 object tool moves the appropriately sized dialogue frame to the center
(If you drag the transparent, the tone pattern cannot be moved. Drag the non-transparent part)
4 Some of the adjacent frame border may remain on the periphery, so delete unnecessary parts in the layer mask.
How to adjust the size
If you do not have the size you want (vertical or horizontal), follow the steps below to shrink the size vertically or horizontally.
Convert the tone material to raster layer, select it partially, and move it vertically or horizontally while holding down the SHIFT key with the Scale Rotation tool
I was able to shrink the size vertically.
You can also reduce the size horizontally in the same way.
Since part of the adjacent dialogue frame may remain on the outer circumference of the selection, it is a good idea to make the tone material stand out in the layer color after dropping it, and then select and delete unnecessary parts in the layer mask.
テレビ放送や館内放送のシーンに適した放送セリフ枠のトーンです。
一枚の画像に複数サイズの放送セリフ枠が収録されたトーン素材となっています。
600dpiのモノクロレイヤーで作成しています。
使用方法
１ セリフ枠サイズより少し大きめに選択範囲を作成
２ 選択範囲にこのトーン素材をドロップ
３ オブジェクトツールで、適切なサイズのセリフ枠が中央に来るよう移動
（透明部分をドラッグするとトーン柄が移動できません。透明でない部分をドラッグしてください）
４ 隣のコマ枠の一部が外周部に残る事があるため、レイヤーマスクで不必要な部分を削除してください。
サイズの調整の仕方
希望したサイズ（縦や横のサイズ）が無い場合は、以下の手順でサイズを縦や横方向にシュリンクしてください。
トーン素材をラスターレイヤーに変換してから部分的に選択し、「拡大縮小回転」ツールでSHIFTキーを押しながら縦や横方向に移動
サイズを縦方向に縮める事ができました。
同じ要領で横方向にもサイズを縮める事ができるでしょう。
選択範囲の外周部に隣のセリフ枠の一部が残る事があるため、トーン素材をドロップ後はレイヤーカラーで目立つ色にしてから、レイヤーマスクで不要な部分を選択して削除していくと良いでしょう。
