Like a charcoal blending stump—with stronger blending than the hard blend stump I uploaded.
This one is sort of a bonus, because it's very similar to the hard blend stump from a few days ago. This one, though, has its blending power turned up (though not as far as yesterday's fingertip smear brush).
So if you want to get an area really well blended without as much work, but you don't want the color dragged around a ton, this is the one you want. It drags color a little bit but nowhere near as much as the smear brushes—just enough to sort of spread it out a bit.
