If you are the type of person who draws by overlapping lines and adjusting the thickness, you may be able to use it rather well.

筆圧かけると若干太くなり先が潰れたミリペン感があります。
線を重ねて太さを調節して描くタイプの方はわりと使えるかもしれません。
