Auto-action to delete areas outside the canvas

1. It's a very easy task, but it's cumbersome, so it's an automatic action
2. When data outside the canvas area accumulates, it goes out more than expected.
(This made it hard for me.)
3. Easy to delete background layers when working on webtoon.
