I made it for myself, but it seems that there will be demand, so please share it.
・ When pasted, it becomes like a free transform, so you can change the ratio of vertical and horizontal to your favorite thickness. (Don't forget to uncheck the fixed aspect)
・ It is all black, but to add an edge, lock transparent pixel it as a color layer, or clip it with a new layer from the top, fill it with white or yellow, and then use the layer property "border effect" to your favorite thickness.

・貼り付けた時に自由変形のような状態になるのでお好みの太さにタテ・ヨコの比率を変更できます。（縦横比固定のチェックをはずすのをお忘れなく）
・黒一色ですが、縁をつけるにはカラーレイヤーにして透明ピクセルをロックするなり上から新規レイヤーでクリッピングするなりして、白なり黄色なりで塗りつぶしてからレイヤープロパティの「境界効果」でお好みの太さにどうぞ。
