The last brushes I put out had a load time, this one doesn't!
It is a brush that uses the default cirlce + the color jitter function to make a more varied, easy sparkle. It uses the [Add (glow)] mode, but set it to whichever mode works best for your art.
Below is how the brush looks with different colors:
The color of the brush shows up against darker colors, while the glow shows more during lighter colors. At smaller sizes, lowering the [Hardness] of the particles can leave a smoother effect.
