This is noise-like texture I created to use in my illustrations.
For achieving the kind of effect my artworks have, please add the texture two times on separate layers. After resizing to your liking (to achieve as small or big grain as you like), set one layer effect to "color burn" on 10%, and second layer to "glow dodge" on 30%. Adjust to your liking if the texture appears too harsh.
