Not the best tho, but i needed one and didn't find much guides for anime faces here, so i decided to do one myself.
There are separations for the hair, the space between the hair and the eyes, space for the nose and a space for drawing the mouth.i think it is pretty intuitive.
the mouth can be wherever you want inside the green box. Also i usualy draw the ears at the same position that the eyes.
Obviously you can play with it and you do not have to follow the limits if you want to, this is just a guide, not a rule.
