喫茶店となっておりますが、酒場やバーなどの落ち着ける場所としてや、近代的な雨どいや排気口などはあえて使っておりませんので、中世やファンタジーでのショップや、マジックアイテムなどの販売所としても十分使えると思います。

背景のコマで雰囲気を作りたい場合や、俯瞰やアップなど、メインの舞台として様々なシーンで使いたい人にお勧めです。
ビルの谷間にこういう建物があると、隠れ家ぽい雰囲気が出て良いかもしれません。
