To achieve this effect:
Step 1: Black background
Step 2: Insert the pattern
Step 3: Change the pattern's layer option to 'divide'
Step 3: Change the pattern's layer option to 'divide'
Step 4: Lower the opacity of the pattern layer.
DONE!!!
