I have no idea what this particular motion is called and i can like find no poses with it (probably because of that)
Anyway this is supposed to be that classic movement of dragging ones thumb across their neck (like a knife or something)
Is the character being cocky? Threatening? Or maybe just goofing around? Thats up to you :)
