Easy way of making overlay for your lineart or color, 15 different colors that i use the most but you can just change the hue + one rainbow effect with very slight noise
I always use overlays for my lineart but sometimes i want that extra noise so i made these colored noise overlays theyre as easy as drag and drop, adjust opacity etc, and no need to paint the whole layer with noise brush or use auto action or filter
