I made this for anyone who is starting on Clip Studio Paint. 
If the UI seems to small or large, I suggest you go to the File > Preferences.
Go to intereface. Check mark [Adjust interface for touch operations] and calabrate the UI based on Small, Default, and Large options.
If the layout is wrong after adjusting, Go to Window >Workspace and reload the workspace.
