An auto action that will give a glowy ethereal effect to your illustrations.
Use the auto action on a finished piece, if you want it on all the layers they have to be merged previously.
I don't tend to use it in the whole illustration tho, for example, in this one I only used it on the background to make it look dreamy, I think that with characters, the opacity of the soft glow blur layer needs to be lowered so the don't look over-exposed like the example above, perhaps it would have looked better if only the hair had the effect for example.
I don't have the before picture for this one, sorry, but the auto action is on the background.
I may change the effect settings in the future, for now it's what I use to create an ethereal dreamy feeling, specially on backgrounds.
