Hello again! I updated this post because I got a notification that there was a problem and of course my sleep addled brain saved the same pose twice! I am so sorry for the inconvience, so I added a bonus pose I made. It's generic but hopefully useful. Since poses are female, small adjustments will be needed for male models mainly the hand areas. I will be more careful in the future and double check next time I post.
