I assume the use of a single-stamped like a stamp, but I will glitter while falling when I turn on the spraying effect.
At the end, you might want to use beam per gaussian blur.
If you want to use random flyers, turn on the spraying effect from settings of sub tool.

背景色を設定することで光芒の色が変わります。
単発でスタンプのように捺しての使用を想定してますが、散布効果をオンにしたら散りながらキラキラします。
最後に光芒にガウスぼかしあたりを使えばほわっとするかもしれません
ランダムにちらしたい場合はサブツールの設定から散布効果をオンにしてください。
