パースがかかっている場合は画像素材をそのまま使うと画像がガビガビになるので少し面倒ですが一旦パースのかかっていない状態でラスタライズ→ベクターレイヤーに変更→パースに合わせて貼り付け→線の太さを変更 するといい感じに出来るかと思います。
