メインカラーでしか描写できませんでしたが、
こちらは（設定を失敗していなければ）２色で描けるはずです。
※蛇足※
遠近感をだすときに
ブラシサイズの設定をいじるのが面倒だったので、
自分でブラシサイズと粒子サイズを変えるものと
筆圧で花の大きさが変わるものを用意してみました。
（その他に大きな違いはないです）
「一定」は自分でサイズを変えないといけませんが、
自分で変えない限り粒子サイズが一定なので、
上の画像やサムネイルのように遠近感をだしたいとき
遠くは粒子サイズを小さくして描き、手前の方を描くにしたがって
粒子サイズを変え、大きくしていくときれいに描けるかと思います。

「筆圧」は筆圧に応じてサイズが変わる（はず）なので、
いちいちサイズの設定をいじらなくても
弱い筆圧で遠くを描き、手前に来るにしたがって少しずつ強くしていけば
一筆で遠近感がだせると思います。
（でもたまに失敗します）
