Parered Crackers（也稱為Dapros或Kembang Ros）是傳統的西爪哇餅乾，是巽他料理的主食。麵團由米粉和木薯粉混合，加入大蒜、芫荽和鹽調味，然後用食用色素上色，並用拇指靈活地手工塑形，形成美麗的玫瑰花瓣。 Parered Crackers — also known as Dapros or Kembang Ros — are traditional West Javanese crackers that are a staple of Sundanese cuisine. Made from a mixture of rice flour and tapioca flour seasoned with garlic, coriander, and salt, the dough is then colored with food coloring and manually shaped using the dexterity of your thumbs into beautiful rose petals.
