This tool works as an eraser by using transparency for the tools color.
This is the straight line and is a sort of beta test for the idea. A curved line is in the works to be out soon and I plan to also make a group of shape tools as well.

To use this tool select transparent as your color shade and make sure you are on the layer you wish to delete.
