The file should be available in the downloads tab, after which they can be dragged onto the canvas.
The main file should contain a folder containing all three models - these can be split and separated as you please. They should look like this in Clip Studio paint:
To make posing easier, I recommend attaching the models to the head of the 3-D character with an attachment point:
