This material is a protective watermark. It has text on repeat all across the page. It is then set to a soft light layer and turned to a 10% opacity. Depending on what its used over it can leave lines that give a sort of paper effect but the text is not readable unless very zoomed in. This text can still be picked up by A.I. and mess with how well it can gain information from your art.
