Made with a primitive sphere and a texture 

Planet (whatever the name) orbiting an unknown star in a Far Away Galaxy.

To the contrary from the others artificial planets, I simply changed the ration for this texture to 50% from the original to repeat many times the original texture. You can change that numbers if you desire in the "Sub Tool Detail" - "Texture Settings".

By extracting the lines and a black background or starry background, you could get a different look. Good for making comics.
