Finally!! I finally created a hawk feather brush that fit my art style and gave me the flexibility and efficiency I needed for creating a Hawk Feather Cape for a commission I'm finishing up. It responds well to gradient maps, and is fairly easy to tweak. There are three brushes in the set: single feather without quill, for a lot of layered directional work, single feather with quill for places where seeing the quill is necessary, and a feather cluster brush-- good for placement of entire areas of feathers going in the same direction. Change the angles by playing with the settings of the brushes.
