Horns come with a marker to help you position them correctly. Line up the crosshair with the center of the forehead
** As of version 2.2.0, you can now attach the horns directly to the head.
Once attached, adjust their position, angle, and size, and hide the crosshair. Then you may freely pose the figure, and the horns will follow.
to hide the cross hair, open the object list and hide Position Marker/Plane.
