If you are wondering how the moon was made I suggest shape tool, look for a texure brush in assets, or you some the pastel brushes and layer it. Next look for a crack brush and select the black color. You can also use a water brush to create craters if you try hard enough.
If you want to make storm clouds I suggest getting a cloud brush use the brush once. Then change the color to a light black or dark color and line it up with ur cloud then place it slightly under it. In my opinion layer the lighter part of the cloud on top looks better.
