手動でポーズを作成することも、マテリアルライブラリ内の既成ポーズを使うこともできます。

輪郭の「幅」は、太い輪郭や細い輪郭が好みに調整できます。私のアドバイスは、常に「オフセット量(Q)」を0に設定し、「バックフェイスカリング」をオフにすることです。
そこから、筋肉の強い男性の姿を素早く描くことができます

This is a 3d body male i made with big muscles, no head part so you can connect the available 3d head.
It can be used to create poses manually or use pre-made poses in the material library.

Here is how to connect the 3d head and 3d body




You can adjust the "width" of the outline to your liking if you like a thick or thin outline. My advice is to always set "offset amount(Q)" to 0 and turn off "backface culling".
