サイバー/フューチャリスティックをテーマにしたフレーム、デコレーション、ブラシのセットです。 This is a set of frames, decorations, and brushes with a cyber / futuristic theme.

散布ブラシはグロー効果で設定されています。オフにするには、水彩エッジの選択を解除するだけです。また、ブラシ設定でカラーストレッチを選択することで、ストレッチ雰囲気ブラシとしても使用できます。
3つのフレームは事前に色付けされており、注意を払う必要はありません。他のものはモノクロで、色を好きなように変更できます。色を変更するには:オプション1-希望の色を選択した状態でブラシを使用します。オプション2 - フレームをレイヤーにインポートし、編集で「描画色に変更」を選択します。オプション3 - フレームをレイヤーにインポートし、透明度をロックしてから、エアブラシ(または目的のブラシ)で色を付けます。

The scatter brushes are set with a glow effect. To turn it off simply deselect watercolor edge. They can also be used as stretching atmosphere brushes by selecting color stretch in the brush settings.
Three frames are pre colored and require no attention. The others are monochrome and you can change the color to any you would like. To change the color: Option 1 - use the brush with your desired color selected. Option 2 - Import the frame to a layer then select "change to drawing color" under edit. Option 3 - Import the frame to a layer, lock the transparency, then color with an airbrush (or desired brush).
