セルシェーディングに柔らかく複雑な感覚を与えたり、表面下の散乱効果を作成したりするオートアクション。 An auto action to give cel shading a softened and more complex feeling or to create a subsurface scattering effect.
セルのシェーディングが平らに感じられるのにうんざりしたので、エッジを柔らかくし、より複雑な外観 にするためにオートアクションを行いました。選択した色によっては、表面下の散乱に似ているように見える場合があります。
私は通常、涼しい色と暖かい色を混ぜ合わせることから最良の結果を得ます。どちらもそれぞれのレイヤーで乗算するように設定されています。たとえば、乗算時に水色から始めました。
次に、カラーホイールで明るい黄色を選択し、自動アクションを再生して、黄色で新しい乗算レイヤーを作成しました。これを元の乗算レイヤーの下に置いて、以下の結果を得ました。

最後に、このオートアクションはシャドウのエッジを柔らかくするため、被写体の元のシェイプ/ラインアート を超えて広がる可能性があります。オーバーをトリミングする必要があります。この部分は、フラットレイヤーに移動してから、[レイヤーからの選択範囲] > [選択範囲の作成] を使用して簡単に分離でき>必要があります。
I got tired of my cel shading feeling flat, so I made an auto action to give them a softened edge and more complex appearance. It could appear similar to subsurface scattering, depending on your selected color.
I usually get the best results from a mixture of a cool and warm colors, both set to multiply on their respective layers. For example, I started with a light blue on multiply:
Then, I selected a light yellow color in my color wheel and played the auto action, which created a new multiply layer in yellow. I put this below my original multiply layer to get the result below:
Be advised, the auto action is only part of this process. Play around with cool and warm color combinations until you get a result that suits your drawing/painting. Blue and yellow worked for me here, but different colors may be more suitable, depending on your drawing's color palette.
Because the auto action ultimately creates two multiply layers stacked on top of each other, please use light or pastel colors or else your shadows will be very dark overall.
Finally, because this auto action softens the edge of the shadows, it will likely extend beyond your subject's original shape/lineart. You'll need to trim the excess, which can easily be isolated by going to your flats layer, then using Layer > Selection from Layer > Create Selection.
