Rain Background Tool Set


A tool set that allows you to make rainy day backgrounds instantly.
The above example is sped up, but it took me less than 2 minutes to decorate!

* Designed for 600dpi high resolution digital art.
* Most brushes are around 500px to 800px in size by default.
* Brushes can be resized smaller or larger and still maintain good quality!

Tablet pen pressure will affect brush size and opacity for most tools.
The brushes will also work with a regular computer mouse too!

I recommend combining these tools with other effects and filters! Changing the colors with gradient maps works very well. Using the 'liquify' or 'blur' tools to further customize the background also looks great.
