一個非常基本的七明暗調色盤，適合用來規劃和規劃明暗。對於灰階轉彩色工作流程特別有用。
推薦使用方法：
- 先從中間三個明暗開始，規劃整首曲子的明暗;
- 這些都準備好後，擴展到五個數值。利用新色調來精煉你現有的數值;
- 這些都設置好後，要麼用這些作為參考，在新的圖層上繪製，要麼開始分開數值區塊，分別套用漸層貼圖。
為什麼只有五個數值？摘自 《藝術家大師系列：色彩與光》：「 ...當我們將範圍擴展到五個值時，我們就擁有所有需要的資訊。除此之外，最終畫作中所有的建模都可以視為這些更廣泛價值群體之間的過渡。」
A very basic 7-value palette, useful for blocking out and planning values. Particularly useful for grayscale-to-color workflows.
Recommended usage:
- Starting with just the middle three values, plan out your entire piece’s values;
- Once those are in place, expand to five values. Use the new shades to refine your existing values;
- Once these are in place, either paint on new layers using these as reference or start separating out the value blocks to apply gradient maps individually.
Why just five values? From “Artists’ Master Series: Color & Light”: “…by the time we expand the range to five values, we have all of the information we need. Beyond that, all of the modeling present in the final painting can just be viewed as transitions between these broader value groups."
