全身版本基本上都用相同的姿勢，只是用來正確擺放手臂。請依需求調整其他姿勢部分！！
我用這些圖層的方式是複製姿勢圖層並點陣化，這樣我就能用我用的陰影顏色來著色，然後稍微變形讓它看起來更像陰影。

The full body versions of these all use basically the same pose, they only serve to position the arms correctly. Tweak the other parts of the pose as you need!!
The way I use these is that I duplicate the pose layer and rasterize it so i can color it all in the shadow color im using, and then deform it slightly to appear more shadow like.
