How to Use

  3. Choose 'Add Color Set'

  4. Select the downloaded set

  5. Start picking colors directly while drawing or coloring


You can also combine this set with gradient maps, glow layers, or overlay effects for stronger neon impact. This set works especially well when paired with add / screen / glow layers.
