There was an issue with the previous version, so it has been updated. Please note that since it is comprised of simple shapes, they may appear similar to other brushes, but they were created specifically with the line tools, after which blurs and angles were applied to them to make them softer. The brush also has specific settings to make the variation feel natural; feel free to play with what works best.
That out of the way:
It's silly to me that there isn't a free brush that makes it easy to fudge a sun glare effect, so I made one!
It can also be used to quickly rough out the impression of distant city lights. Works best if you add a glow layer on top of it and fiddle with the opacity.
Use it however you want! It may just be simple shapes, but it's nice to not have to draw them all one by one.
