Normally when using an image texture as a halftones overlay, you miss out on having the width of the tonal dots shift to accommodate brightness, unlike the conversion tool that comes with CSP. This auto action runs that tool, AND changes the layer formatting as to work with colors rather than being a simple black-and-white tones folder.
(this tool is NOT designed to replicate CYMK tonal layers, and only acts as a texture overlay)
