I have spent quite some time to craft this asset, as I wanted to make it as convenient to use as possible.
For personal preference, I love hand painted texture however I also want to have something that caters toward webtoon comic artist, so there is a solid color materials in this asset as well. This solid color materials also can act as an id mask to select different object just in case you want to do color adjustment.
Before start having fun with this asset, I would suggest you to disable backface culling.
There are some layouts that is preset to make it convenient.
As well as some angles.
Personally I like to use LT conversion to draw line art only with this setting, then hide the fill to have only line art on top of the 3D model.
The 3D model can be duplicated, then change to gray texture and I apply light source here.
Then this gray scale layer is rasterize and set to Overlay, and can be gradient map for color grading.
It's also possible to use LT conversion for tone work, and you can get different results with the hand painted and solid color materials >.>
