These are brushes to create straight blunt hair. They will give a smooth and shiny impression and it's easy to add details and adjust afterwards.
While you need to paint over the top of the head and clean up the results, you can play around with liquify and get a nice final product.
These brushes are all color change types, and you can adjust the color as you like. See below for an example illustration with different colors.
