Tofu is heavily used in Asian cuisine and this particular tofu brush is created with just enough texture to resemble firm tofu (or sugar cube if you prefer).
The original brush is mostly gray tone so you can clip a layer with your desired color, so you can use this to make illustrated fried tofu, white tofu, marinated tofu...etc.
For example, for this miso soup, I used the tofu brush and used variety of cream color, browns, and orange to create the miso soup effect. For the tofu, I added a clip layer on top of tofu with warm gray or light cream color and change the filter to 100% hard light.
