A Fast wheel material to be copied, used, paste and transformed to your desire.
You can also turn this material into a brush tip and adjust the settings so you end up with a one click tire brush. Its really cool. I am putting togehter a whole pack like this so look out for it.
make sure to take off pen pressure for it to work properly if your going for that custom brush tip route.make sure to go to STROKE SETTINGS and turn the gap settings all the way up.
