I drew them on the size of a regular toploader (7.6cm x 10.1cm) but I recommend you to use the grid to confirm if the size is correct on your screen.

Drop the material on your screen. Have grids on so you can check if the size is displayed correctly (height: 10.1 cm ; width: 7.6cm). See if your canvas size is defined by px or cm, changing it to the second option might make it easier!There's no secret after that, decorate all over it and be as creative as you want :)
