This can also be used for backgrounds as well.
Examples of them in use.
To get the best results, I would reccomend this technique:
1. Filling in the lineart first.
2. Use the magic want tool on the lineart layer to slect the sections of the outfit you want the pattern on.
3. Dragging the pattern above the base later to mask the image layer.
