Stylized pearl brush, there's 2 so you can use either one depending on where the light comes from. I've also added the brush tip so you can modify it as needed.
Here is an example of how it might loon in a piece. Minf you I've gone over it a litle bit with a brush so it blends in better and colored them using gradient maps (RECOMENDED)
