-Using again the Sub Tool: Operation , being sure you're in the material layer, you have to proceed to the bottom part of the menu of Tool Property and check Tiling.

2 Adding color to your roof
-In case you're Interested in adding color to your roof you should make a selection with the layer mask you used previously for the material.
-Go to the material layer and Ctrl+Left click on the layer mask
-Create a new layer
-Paint the selected zone with your prefered method (Brush, Bucket, Alt+Del...)
-Put the painted area under the tiled pattern layer
-Click on the tiled pattern and change the Layer Mode:
-You can experiment a bit with this so you get better results depending on your roof's base color. I've used Overlay for this one but you should try multiply, hard light, color burn, or others so it might suit you better.
Congratulations! You have your colored roof tiles ready to impress everyone. In case you're interested in the final result added in the lower image, you can add a new layer in Add (Glow) mode above your tiled texture and use a soft brush with a yellow color to add some last details to make it look EXTRA GOOD!
