Kinda had to gather up courage to put a price on this but i'll be very thankful if you support my brokeussy
So, basically, a textured brush that blends (idk how to call this, help).

Because of the (relatively hight) density of the texture, I'd advice to put base colors with a more solid brush and then use this one to blend and add more colors/hues. Kind of like a blender but not completely. You can keep the base colors very simple tho, since this brush stills works good if you want to add different colors, but you probably do need a "solid" base, probably. This also could heavily depend if you're working everything on one layer, like if you're painting directly or in the same layer as the background color.
Pretty evident that this brush will work the best if you put everything on one layer, like when you already have all the stuff and start rendering or something.

Note: try out the "change brush tip color" option. It gives some interesting results (I didn't add it directly here because it kind of messed up(?), but you can probably get good results with it).
Miniature also drawn with the brush
