It's a very hard two-value pen, and can be used for drawing two-finger pens or QQ character outlines. Fine lines are easier to control, while thick lines are the opposite. If you want to paint coloring or shading, it's best to build blocks first
The default setting is no pressure sensitivity; if you need pressure sensitivity, you have to adjust it yourself with the wrench
