It is a dance hall and garden with a 3D balcony.
It was created so that the flow line from the dance hall to the balcony and the flow line leading to the garden can be expressed.
All doors and balcony windows can be opened and closed.
The second floor part is combined. The water in the fountain can be hidden.
I think that the dance hall can be used for living room, dining room, office, bedroom, etc. by placing furniture.
The texture uses your own texture.

ダンスホールからバルコニーへの動線、および庭に続く動線が表現できるように作成しました。
ドアとバルコニーの窓は全て開閉出来ます。
2階部分は結合されています。噴水の水は非表示に出来ます。
ダンスホールは家具を置く事でリビング、ダイニング、執務室、寝室などにお使い頂けると思います。
テクスチャは自作テクスチャを使用しています。
