My set of Clip Studio paint shortcuts for animation ! (I have a AZERTY keyboard, beware of Q and W keys especially)
All the tabs are stored in the right part of the window, which leaves a lot of drawing space on the left. I designed it like that because my screen used to be very small, so it should help if you have a small screen !
Shortcuts are mainly grouped on the left part of the keyboard, so if you are right-handed you can use your right hand for drawing and left hand for shortcuts easily.
List of shortcuts :
- W/X for previous/next frame
- Shift + W/X : prev./next drawing (cell)
- C : playback/pause
- Shift + C : back to start
- S : new cell
- Shift + S : erase drawing
- Space + Right click : move around
- Ctrl + Space + Right click : zoom in/out
- Shift + Q/D : rotate 15°ccw/cw
- Q : mirror view horizontally
- T : show/hide timeline
- Tab : show/hide all tabs
- O : toggle onion skin
- Shift + Ctrl + Right click : select layer (very useful !!)
When using pen tool :
- Ctrl (hold) : eraser
- Shift (hold) : paint bucket
- Shift + Space (hold) : straight line
- R : set layer as reference
- V : lock layer's transparency
- Shift N : new cell folder
- Shift L : rename cells in chronological order
- L : manage cells
- Crtl S : save
- Ctrl E : export as image sequence
- Ctlr + Shift + E : export as image
- Ctrl + Alt + E : export as gif
- Ctrl M : export as mp4
