CLIP STUDIO Preset "for commercial issue-cut 5mm monochrome (600dpi)" is a canvas with a color swatch + border (solid) layer.
You can select the color quickly by using the pen tool + Alt as the eyedropper tool.
It paint the color quickly without switching the tool or lifting the eyes.
I register a new preset and can use it conveniently.
These are the three layers.
There is a solid line fill it is easy. (If this line is not found)
